Welcome to LuxyMeet ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using LuxyMeet, its mobile applications, or related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

1. Nature of the Platform & Strict Anti-Solicitation Policy

LuxyMeet is a premium social platform for authentic dating and networking. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding "Sugar Dating," "Sugar Babies," "Sugar Daddies," or any form of transactional relationship where money, allowances, or gifts are exchanged for companionship or intimacy. We are not a platform for financial support or compensation.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use LuxyMeet. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and are legally able to enter into this agreement.

3. User Content & Behavior

• You are solely responsible for any content, information, or material you post.
• Prohibited Content: You may NOT mention "allowance," "pay-per-meet," "monthly support," "spoiling," or any financial requirements in your profile descriptions or private chats.
• Anti-Solicitation Policy: Any account attempting to solicit financial gain, gifts, or travel in exchange for dates will be permanently banned immediately.
• We do not conduct criminal background checks on all users, but we reserve the right to do so at our discretion.

LuxyMeet is not responsible for the actions or conduct of any user. We proactively monitor and scan for keywords related to transactional dating to maintain the integrity of our community.

4. No Warranties & No Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantees about your experience or outcomes. We are not liable for any damages resulting from interactions or meetings with other users.

Exercise common sense and caution. You meet other users at your own risk.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Financial Solicitation: Asking for money, digital currency, or "help with bills" from other members.
• Commercial solicitation, spam, scams, or marketing your own services.
• Uploading viruses or hacking attempts.
• Impersonating others or providing false information.

6. Payments, Memberships, and Refunds

Paid memberships, coins, or subscriptions are subject to posted pricing. In the event of a ban due to a violation of our Anti-Solicitation Policy (Section 3), no refunds will be issued for remaining coin balances or membership time.

7. Intellectual Property

The LuxyMeet name, logo, and content are protected by copyright. Do not use our materials without express written permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any reason, particularly for violations of our behavioral standards or anti-sugar dating policy.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify LuxyMeet and its owners from any claim or loss arising from your use of the Service or your interactions with other users.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
